Just another one up on Twitch honestly, was only a matter of time before they realized they could get so far ahead by solving such an issue.
The issue now though is, while they may have fixed this, or are at least working to, they'll probably continue to be the same very clumsy corporate conglomerate with little to no competition it's always been. That's why Twitch hasn't changed over the past two years.

This is really good news for YouTubers and the community as a whole, hopefully YT keep making changes like this so that it doesn't keep devolving into a mess

This is like pissing into the wind if it's just manual claims. The vast majority are bots just blindly claiming shit they don't have the rights to.
