this guy is already banned on another forum, he has scammed many guys,

how he scammed me:- he sold many paypal account for cheap and then change password, because he has access to numbers and all details
2 days ago when i asked him , he only talks about 10 pounds i owe him, nothing about paypal
He only repeat like a robot about 10 pounds i owe him, while I ask him WHY he changed password to paypal and I haven't access to MY money.
he keep ignoring me, so i cannot collect any proof against him.
i have paid lot of money for numbers and Paypal..just i was away and busy so he took advantage my absence to complete his dirty plan.

Please is there any way to expose him ? he is very sneaky scammer and I am pretty sure will be another victim (s) too as long he is free and unpunished so far.
he used to talk very nicely and trustworthy talk so that earn my confidence in him. Unfortunately, I believed in him...
He planned this since a long time and by selling very cheap his paypal account so that can get all my hard-earned money and right now i am completely broken...
I am pretty sure he scammed many guys in past, just people cannot prove anything as he is very well-organized scammer.
