hi guys i'm new (and i'm italian) in this world and i've been trying for a few months now to find out about all the refunding possibilities (eb, ftid ....), the problem is that most of this world is made up of fake information that only leads to the loss of money, but I came to know that there are private or even public groups that instead help those like me who have just started, can you recommend someone?
I'm sick enough of hearing people wanting to be paid for advice that I don't even know if I'll get it just because the scam is around the corner and there is no guarantee that whoever sells you something is really valid.
Please give me some advice on how to understand and where to get valid information
