Free - Having signature of your services/shop and posting a lot of content
Paid - Buying Signature Space from other users.
This would give you a good, targeted traffic.

2. FB/google ads. Hard requires knowledge and testing.
For blackhat services/websites you use cloaking.  What Is Ad Cloaking? (clean.io)

3. SEO (maybe)? 
Making a blog with keywords e.g "Get Netflix Account With Discount"  "Buy Netflix accounts with discount" or something like that.
