the bot is on a loop constantly (like forever) sending requests with about 100 threads, and i want this to be faster if i can

Even if Python is JIT and you can rewrite to an AOT language, it doesn't 100% mean it will be faster, depends on what task you want to achieve. I'd suggest posting a brief description here, so you can get more opinions, to avoid paying for a converting that won't help you.

Depends, C++ gives more control when it comes to threading, but a poorly written C++ is worse than a good Python and there are limits and variables that you cannot control. Depending on how good is the python code, for web requests you won't be getting a 2x in speed I think, because python already should handle that fine. So be careful to whom you pay anything, I'd suggest using middleman and testing the software before paying.
