my lucid dream story

i had my fifth lucid dream yesterday. the feeling is quite hard to describe however i would compare it to being high with a little buzz. its quite strange because your brain imagines you have hands and you can feel things but your skin feels a lot thicker  in your fingers.
your enviroment forms around you as you further explore, thinking back none of it quite makes any logical sense, but in the dream seeing a door suddenly appear infront of you makes total sense. it does raise a few interesting ideas such as time dilation and how differently people experience their dreams.
i just started touching things because its such a weird experience to feel something so realistcally inside of your mind.
anyways, i tried doing what everyone else does and went straight to shagging (cos im a top shagger)
but then i woke up

how do i learn to lucid dream? I've only done it once

the only reliable way is just writing your dreams down every time you wake up. this builds a better connection with those parts of your brain and increase your consciousness while asleep
