need help with azure "deny all inbound" (will pay)

When connecting to a newly made VPS, I keep getting an error so I did a "connection test" through Azure and It seems like there's something wrong with the configuration.

Looking for someone who is familiar with this or knows how to fix, will pay.

Error (if you need to search on internet):  Network connectivity blocked by security group rule: DefaultRule_DenyAllInBound

Fixed. In case someone in the future has this error and found my thread, here's the reference: never put the VPS's username anything related to the word "administrator", as it is blacklisted and you wont be able to connect to the VPS/RDP. Change it and it will work.
