So yesterday i got locked out of my personal account and i try to login and it shows me a window saying “help us confirm that you own this account” and the only option that shows is send a code to an email which i never had or dont know whos email is that. my phone number and gmail still are linked to the account. the only option of recovery and i cant do it cuz i dont have access to that mail, any help to get back in?

everything is fine, i can reset password via phone gmail etc, it just asks me to “help us confirm that you own this account” and a gmail i dont have access to, already tried resetting password via gmail and phone

Really easy i had the same in the past, go on Chrome or Mozilla and register on Web and don't on phone mate 
you will receive a code to your phone and that's it, welcome back on Instagram !
(and if this don't work also send me a screen or discord)
