What is the tool you use to document your information in the reports? For example, I use snagit when I want to edit an image in more depth, but I often or almost always use lightshot

I usually use Lightshot for quick screenshots and basic image editing. If more in-depth processing is required, I resort to Snagit or Adobe Photoshop.
