Additional Information: This guy requested a google sheets for his refund service, I contacted he and we reached an deal of the payment be a Premium Upgrade instead of 10$ in crypto, he said for me before the deal he will pay me when ltc goes up, I didn't saw a problem. I did all the service and send for he the store list exactly how he requested, but when I asked for the payment the guy said he don't gonna pay me because LTC didn't reached 10% up (wtf, Isn't my fault, I agreed with LTC goes up, and this already did, LTC REACHED 3% GROW today and he already made the money he owns me in profit, he already said that in the screenshot). The guy still saying he owns 0.7% of the LTC worldwide, and with this 3% grow he won a $200 profit. But didn't want to pay me for the service I did and waste a 1:30 hour making this.
I can't wait LTC reach the percentage he wants because I will never receive this money, this will take a eternity. Please this is inhumane and so skittchy to do...

From the screenshots that you posted it clearly he said, "u can wait for ltc to go up and i can gift u". You said, "okay can be". That means you agreed to wait for ltc to go up.
But he never said the % of growing up, this is the point, so based in your point I will wait forever because litecoin will go up forever or never go up.
The LTC already grow 3% today, this is sufficient, he already said in the SS he won $200 with these grow idc.
