Additional Information: i have purchased the cheapest plan rdp on their website and i can send proof of payment tx to admins. i have not recieved the rdp and i have tried many ways to contact them like waiting couple hours on the live chat and also had a friend create a ticket but it's been very long and i still haven't been contacted back. i also tried to contact them on this forum via private chat but the last time they been on is 1 month ago
