Sharks support member here, I let owner know hes currently offline and will respond to report sometime tomorrow.
From what I know he bought 100 Microsoft accounts and when trying to log into email I think he triggered 2fa because hes using his wifi and not following the method to get around 2fa Proof of wifi use-https://imgur.com/a/Ta8fovr .https://imgur.com/a/ZragAKl-  that Screenshot is  from a few I tested since  all were valid.
He also contacted our old support account which only handles general inquires, rest is support on site. " when i asked for a refund he said every other vendor would just ignore me this is just sad"- when this was mentioned it was about how other shops don't read dms and handle everything on site but never mentioned anything about not giving a refund. Owner went offline before this was resolved in dms. As I am support I can only offer replacements. [Image: feelssadman.png]

i logged in on verizon lte on a fresh iphone i just got from ebay i can show mad proof and i can show over 20 logs haveing 2fa and whats weird why did you only show the one pic that had wifi in it and not mention i was on lte for others? clearly trying to make me look like i dont know what im doing 

notice how those 3 pics came together and he only chose to show you the one with wifi to try and make it SEEM like i triggerd 2fa smh ban this scammer ass vendor

also notice how hard he edits his photos to not show full chat ill glady upload full convo if needed he ignored me over and over

"Unusual activity" is neither 2FA on aol nor on yahoo. All you did, probably someone else before you, was flagging the account by signing in with a bad ip score or an ip from a country that doesn't match the accounts country. You can easily pass "unusual activity" by using a clean US ip (easy fix for the majority of "false" 2FA accounts). Just buy a cheap ExpressVPN key on here, choose a US location and you are good to go.

According to our order book, your order was for a total of 60 USD. This scam reports title includes the $ total of 60 USD which is confusing because I checked 6 of your logins before I logged off for the night and 4/6 were valid. Which is heavily confusing because by stating that you're owed a $60 refund is claiming that all 100 accounts were "invalid"

I asked for a total number of what you called "Invalid" accounts so I could handle the situation once I was online next, but according to our telegram conversation we never got a response to that question, just threats then subsequently this scam report.

Our staff work 16 + hours a day to provide a resolution to your case, but we can't do anything without you working with US Which you never even bothered to answer our simple question of how many "invalids" showed up over the 100 accounts you bought from us.

Additional Information: vendor easily logged into the site to adjust the price and update stock for me to make a purchase as soon as i had a issue with the items he claims he cant do anything its all support. i tell him fine ill just post then. he then asks for my btc adress and but never sent anything. now his support is online and saying he will respond. his aol logs had a lot of 2fa and suspicious activity alerts popping up when i tried to login. when i asked for a refund he said every other vendor would just ignore me this is just sad

your logs were invalid you expect me to go thru all 100 when the first 20 or already really bad 5-20
on telegram you left me on read multiple times. you even said "sorry for leaving you on read theres a couple people of this account owner should respond soon"
you gave me the run around. when i was buying you were helpful in every way. as soon as i asked about a refund issue after issue and excuse after excuse all of sudden gotta wait on this or that person.
if you woulda replied this post would not be here i can always work it out unless you ignore me.

i sent you another message on telegram you claim we can work this out reply and lets solve this with out the admins then.

I never ignored you on purpose, like I mentioned when I asked you how many accounts were invalid that's when I logged off for the night since it was around 3:00AM for me. I then woke up at around 11:00AM and had to leave for school afterwards. If you'd actually contacted us at the right place then you would have gotten a quicker response, we explained multiple times that telegram account isn't a support line anymore.

You'll need to provide proof for the 2FAs on account for me to do anything, I checked some myself and only got a few 2FAs. Also I was told some of your screenshots showed you using wifi, Wifi is not good for accessing AOL logs because of IP quality reasons.
