I've been using mod menus for years and have never once been banned. 
Either 1. pay someone to drop you some cash. (or find someone doing it free)
2. Download a mod menu online that is free, There are a few. (Risky)
3. Purchase a mod menu, I use 2take1 at the moment and it works pretty good. :) a bit on the pricier side.
