When selling a business you should be more clear about the profits and revenue;

You are simply stating an amount which is 1.4k but you are not specifying if that is the revenue or if that is the profit.
- If that is the revenue then you should go in more detail as to how much of that is profit, how much you spend on expenses, if there is some times where you are required to invest specific amounts of money?
- If that is the profit then this would be a whole different thing and that's what the whole deal is about; profit.

If I am getting 1,000,000 $ in revenue from a business but only making a $2,000 profit each month (998,000$ is spent on expenses), and yet advertise the business as 1,000,000$ without specifying if that's the profit or revenue is quite deceitful.

So, can you be more open?
