i lost motivation for everything since 2017.
i'm struggling with constant thoughts of if i should or not commit suicide (but i feel like ur not close to that),
It's rough because, struggling with Covid and expenses such as rent and other things.
my parents are stressing me with school,so i can get an education and shit to provide for yourself, so you don't have to go through the shit we go through. (rent bills and stuff..)
and it sucks when as a child you're presented those problems that you should never know or ''meet'' as a child. (if it makes sense) especially when you are not emotionally stable and stuff as that.
(just a little bit of my story, since i never had the courage to make a post myself, and ask someone for help,
about losing motivation and shit, idk how i always get made fun of so i never wanted to post anything related to motivation loss/depression stuff like that in cracked).

I have no friends / no motivation for anything at all/ everything it's a mess.
I wish i knew how to push myself and get out of this nightmare, find new people to talk to, get out of the ''comfort zone''. Or like find something to keep me present and not think about problems and stuff like that.
That's pretty much the reason of why i joined this forum i hoped i will meet some guys and maybe find a way to provide a source of income or whatever, shit like that.
small advice i can give u?
-MUSIC! try listening to music, (that's what im doing) it helps me disconnect and create a ''movie'' in my head and forget about the present.
-WRITING. try writing your thoughts, or goals you want to achieve, make a quote and set it as ur background or something that you've always wanted to do,
-Do STUFF alone. - groceries, walking in a park. walking around your house on some streets, WITHOUT headsets in or something, feel the ambient and connect with it, to live in the moment, and also excercise breathing.
-Watch podcasts or documentaries, they help. late nights, i like finding stuff about animals on youtube, or people that travel and find ways to fish find food, stuff like that idk. (i think is called explore) like videos in that type.
-and the thing that works BEST for me, is STOICISM (go read about stoicism) it's the art of living in present and not giving a fuck about past or future since everything you have, it's here and now. It's really powerful to train your mind that way.
