how to stay motivated for daily exercise

i become lazy day by day,have to do physical excercise daily,how to stay motivated everyday ? i lose motivation after 2/3 day

Don’t rely only on feeling motivated to exercise. Instead, set a schedule for how many times a week you’ll work out and stick to it. If you’re not feeling it, just play some music and start exercising. After a few weeks, it will become a habit, and you’ll do it automatically. Good luck mate  [Image: popcorn2.gif]

I highly recommend going through discipline, not motivation. The others bring good wisdom, make a schedule. Otherwise, your mind n body wont stick to it if you do not have a set goal.
