DWC for no reason

I get DWC 3 days ago for no reason. There is no complaint filed against me or any reason. and it says new member at the top of my profile but I'm not a new member. I tried to reach Darkness via pm, but I couldn't reach him, I guess he didn't see my messages.

This situation affects my sales and reliability.

please tell me why or remove it.
