I posted the entire videos, the mod should look in the chat convo if there’s anything about making a video In front of a house, outside, or anywhere specifically the instructions was remake the video I sent you and I did I’m happy to send you the video he asked me to remake and the one I did privately, this dude disappeared for 14 hours after telling everything is fine with what I provided failed to paid for what he asked for now came back telling me to remake what I did in another aspect like frrrr? Everything this man has done doesn't make sense to me without a video of the document in the background of the house. I asked him to do it, moreover, I sent him an example of what the video should look like. 

If he finishes his work with a proper video, I will not refuse to pay, but for now, I can't pay because everything he sent me I can't use. Without the video it doesn't work.

Reach out privately for a video he sent to me and the one i remake and tell me what the problem this dude just think everything is a game and he can ask me to do anything for him without actually paying, you sent a video that you need me to make and some other docs i made the video i sent it to you and asked if it's good you said yes now i went ahead and pay my mule you disappear for 14 hours and came to tell me to remake video if there was a problem with the video you could say immediately hey i don't need this video in a room i need it made outside showing the house number, immediately i could talk to the mule i want you to do the video outside showing your house number nope you did not do that i sent you wallet address for payment you said okay which means you are satisfy with what i provided, i received no payment i reached out you said you was busy or something then went mute mind you this was all after all docs was provided you see nothing wrong but after 14 hours cmon now you want me to pay the same mule to do the same thing again but not in his room but outside showing his house number so nothing was wrong with the video i provided the only problem was that it was done in a room which  was not included in your instruction where to make video so that means the problem is from you not what i provided because you do not seem to know what you are doing and you want me to take the blame and the loss, if you want me to do anything else you have to pay for what i have already done so far you can't asking me to do shit without actually paying!

This dude's talking some bullshit. 
I didn't confirm that everything he sent me was right for me. I just said, “at first glance, it looks perfect.” After that, I lost power. The next day, I checked what he sent me in detail. It turned out that the video, which is the main information I needed from the kit, was not taken correctly. I of course informed him that the video had to be re-shot. He doesn't want to do that, so he's making a circus out of it. The thing is that without this video, I don't need all his photos. 

I offered him the option that he will reshoot the video (it takes literally 5 minutes of time) and I will pay him for the full set, he refuses this option. 

Well, if he refuses, then I have nothing to pay for, since I have not received the full set of documents.
