Additional Information: The seller promised 'instant delivery' in his Discord server (where I have been banned from), however I have been waiting for a very long time and I have no more use for the premium accounts so I would like to get refunded for those. 80% of the money was meant for the premium accounts if I'm not mistaken.

You sent the accounts to him because he paid $105 as well, you're mentioning something that's not relevant to this scam report. I paid you $105 meaning that you should have delivered the accounts to me. Also 3k of those accounts didn't work within the warranty timeframe and neither did you replace nor refund him.

Prices were 5$ for 1K frees & 45$ for Premiums.
So total Prems = 180$ & Free's 50$ = 230$
All delivered from my side, if you lock the accounts when logging in & not using them properly its none of my business.
Also you claim 3k weren't working? While out of 975 only 244 were invalid on the screen your friend sent me.
And this doesn't happen because of me, it happens because spotify locks the accounts.
Warranty was only 6 hours yes, but your partner wrote after that time passed.
Anyone with minimal knowledge that works with spotify streaming knows that accounts dont last. So the best use for them is 1-2 days.
And it's also not MY issue if your partner scammed you, because I sent all accounts.
If he desperately needs these 244 accounts replaced, fine I'll do it.
But don't come here claiming something that is not true.

I'm not going to read all of this crap because you're missing steps before getting to this point, it's very simple to understand mate.

You promised 'instant delivery' on your server but seem to have delivered the premium accounts on the 31st of December while I requested a refund on the 30th of December as I simply had no more use for the accounts as I relied on your words that you would deliver 'instantly' (reminder: I paid on the 28th).

I would like you to refund me 0.00331 BTC to the above-mentioned Bitcoin address which is 85% of what I paid in BTC as $90 (the premium accounts which were missing) is 85% of what I paid ($105).

Well, at that time I had many accounts orders & I gave you what I had that day.
I still delivered my part, if it's 3 days earlier or later doesn't matter since I DELIVERED.

Another thing: 7. All sales are final, no refunds are applicable.
If you wanted refund warranty you could've went somewhere else.
You will not get a refund from me since you got what you ordered.
