Additional Information: So on November 7 I bought youtube premium for €9.28 (the price was €9.99 but dxkun was nice enough to co-operate, also dxkun was the owner of all this he started it, the name of dxkun in forum has been changed to devml now, and dxkun is always offline in discord, I think he left, and devml now uses his cracked.to Account and he is the dev of the Discord bots at his servet and website (youtubepremium.store)
So basically there Lifetime is not Lifetime, it has to be renewed (replaced) by them every month, everything was fine for the first 2 months, I got my replacements link to join new families, on 27 Dec 2020 my youtube premium ran out so I asked for replacement, they ignored me and didn't gave replacement until Jan 6 2021 (check #ticket communication 8 from Imgur link) and that wasn't working now, it was showing you're in different country, I tried again still didn't work and after 1 day that link expired so they gave new replacement on Jan 11 2021, now it was showing you can only join in 12 months new family, so they were saying to make new account on Gmail and redeem on that (how tf is this Lifetime)
Also they launched Spotify Lifetime Premium on Dec 27 so I thought why not buy so cheap only €3.49 but I wanted Indian region Upgrade only, so I asked the staff Idea he said yes it's Indian region only and I confirmed twice also, he said ya indian only (I don't have screenshot of this because this ticket was closed but maybe devml has in his archives of tickets) so I finally bought Lifetime Spotify Premium on Jan 1 2021,redeemed my key I got from sellix and sent my account details, the bot upgraded to Portugal region, then I asked Idea what is this, he said country can be changed, ofcourse it cannot be in family plan, I sent him video proof, he said by mistake he told me Indian region and agreed for refund and said I will cancel your Spotify premium, I said okay cool, he cancelled it and asked @devml for refund on 2 Jan 2021 but devml didn't send any till now, now Mitfit (another support staff) asked me to dm devml personally, I did yesterday but he is not replying
So I want refund for both youtube premium Lifetime and Spotify premium Lifetime, if not possible then ban devml and his sellix store because he and his team has scammed a lot of people

Also I didn't bought from your sellix since I wanted to pay with paypal, dxkun told me to open ticket and I paid to the paypal mail he gave me, he also didn't told me any terms of services whatsoever (if you have ticket archive you can check because that ticket was closed by bot or staff)
Also my problem is NOT that it is to be replaced every month, I was fine with it, I got 2 months of replacements also, but after that the replacements stopped working, it said you are in a different country (I followed all steps also then too) and then it was saying you can only join new family once in 12 months, I showed this to staff they said make new gmail account and use link on that, this is the problem I wouldn't keep making new gmail accounts every 2 months since lifetime means in the same account, not keep switching to new accounts
And this is why I want my refund for youtube premium Lifetime, because this was not stated anywhere that I will have to keep making new gmail accounts for so called Lifetime and that is why this is skem

No one is angry except you and the other 2 guys that complained about it then you said it is EvErYoNe complaining and sCaM? You can check, right after my second announcement (18 January 2021) No one complains about it anymore. Many of them interested in my new product.

I sell my product on sellix. I received the payment through paypal because I want to help my customer so they don't need to change paypal to crypto. And I am taking about Dec 27 and 1 Jan that's more than 2 weeks I have waited
And lots of people have complained, I literally showed you the screenshot, you are now fooling them with another Lifetime package and they are falling for it so they are quiet now, but I won't take it anymore
And then I didn't bought from sellix, I bought by opening ticket on discord and there at that time no tos was stated in the discord server, also I can also say it was not written anywhere that I will need to make new gmail account every 2 months, so why don't I deserve the refund?
