Your website clearly shows a section for mailaccess combos, You cannot manupulate people using your site then say we don't provide mailaccess combos. 
And that's the reason i bought the subscription, for the mailaccess combos. 
If you don't provide mailaccess combos then you should delete the section and announce that you don't provide mailaccess combos. 
Leaving the section and not announcing it's deleted or you cannot provide it is just a manuplulation to make people pay. 
It's like i went to a restaurent and in the menu i can clearly see Chicken in the menu but when i order i receive a fucking spaghetti. 
I'll just leave this to the admin to make the judgements.
