ith all due respect to the seller. I cant find any tos at his sales thread + in sales thread it says we receive proxy to access the account + he could say at least day before to us that he will not renew his proxy so we can take money out ) or at server also no ToS (server is dead/banned)

I would not even open this scam report if he only told "hey guys, I am shutting down the service and proxy, take your money out."

This way he is stating only that he can change the ToS whenever he can/wants. Which is not possible when there is not ToS, only sales thread where he says you get proxy to access the account.

I do not expect any refund from him tbh, whoever wants to buy his service will be fckd up.

Only thing I know is that for 29.99$ I should get working account + working proxy, you cannot change any single part of service without any prior notice. It is pure blackmailing. I will lock the proxy and you have to pay me if you want your money.

Of course I ignored the part about renew, cuz you stated right away that proxy price is somehow way more than 150$. 

Plus who can guarantee that after 2 weeks you will not do something like this again. Lock the proxy and say "hey man pay 200$ again if you want your money"
