Ramen?

The Basics: For gaining weight you need to consume more calories per day than you are burning.  You don't want to get fat, so just increase your daily calorie intake by 100-200 one week at a time until you start noticing gains then stay there. For lean body mass, try to get as much protein as possible (spread throughout the day). I was always told to consume the total grams of protein per day as your target weight, not your current weight (weight in lbs).

Foods: Oatmeal + honey, tuna, chicken, turkey, steak, eggs, yogurt, brown rice, whole-grain bread, avocados, beans, cottage cheese, peanut butter, fruits / berries, nuts.
Drink: Water, milk, coffee, fruit juices (100% pure).
Avoid: Soda, potato chips, candy.
Other: Protein shakes and creatine supplements. I prefer protein isolate, mainly because I get enough calories through other sources for my body type.

None of this shit matters unless you're putting in the time at the gym.

Just keep eating your normal meals and do GOMAD as well as a cycle of test e + dbol. You should be up 30lbs in 3 months time.
