long story short, the user is selling a public paypal method advertised as mentorship. somewhat like the old incident with Tigeh
there were 2 methods included one for mobile and one for computer, won't disclose any details but the mobile version of it can be easily found
the user claims that the desktop version is different, but it's literally the same concept, the only thing different is that you have to use an usa proxy (bought from a site he provided) 
he sent me some stores, most of them were out of stock and i bought from one that was shittier and i couldn't hit anything, tho i never blamed the method itself since i figured it out that the logs are dogshit.
i'd like a partial refund of 900$ for this since he did helped me with some tips and with the proxy website and some vouched sellers with good logs.

First, this guy was not able to use PayPal's on mobile. He sent me valid proof of an error that shows he was not able to hit PayPal's on his mobile. Even if the logs were "shit" (his excuse) or good, he got the same error "mobile carrier can not be verified". So I offered him my mentorship, as soon as he purchased it, he got a hit/in a PayPal within 30 minutes. After I also gave him all the resources too, he decides to open a scam report.

It's like when a refunder on Cracked.io sells a mentorship and teaches you how to refund, you go on Cracked.io and type in "Refunding method" for the store you want and it pops up with a 2021 method, and has similar methods on their list that are public. I've seen so many refunder's methods which are leaked, it happens. PayPal has been around for years and years. Obviously there are going to be methods, hence I sell a mentorship to help people with those out-dated methods. NONE of my students have complained whatsoever. I can send all the transcripts and everything in your PMs if needed, as Won states "I've alr talked". This is some scummy ass scam report and he knows it. Also, if you knew the "websites", you would have never used it the way I told you to. Seller was also given resources such as log shops, etc.

He saw how he couldn't hit on mobile and I told him that PC was better, so I gave him my mentorship and he is able to hit, then he tries to find a loop hole of looking for old posted methods for PayPal to try to get a refund after he get's all the resources/information. It's honestly very sad, he was able to purchase things as well. In summary, he is legit trying to just get his money back because he thinks that he would've thought of this lmao. Refunding is like this, it's simple. There's no hard shit you have to do, Won thinks "Oh, it's so easy and similar I would've told of this" when we all know he wouldn't have.

Yeah I sent you valid proof since there is an issue with my carrier I assume. This method with carrier 100% works with USA carriers or other well known carriers like Orange.
My excuse that the logs are shit? Excuse me... They are literally shit and you sent me that shop, you even specified that the quality is not that good.
I never got a hit within 30 mins. A hit is when you literally complete the payment. 
Right after I sent you the screenshots with gaypal payment screen, you quickly forwarded them in your channel just to attract more customers even tho they were not real hits. (saw this thing happening on the seller's groups on telegram bunch of payment screens but only a few payment completed screenshots).

What resources have you sent?
A public mobile method, and a copy of it for desktop with the only changes being the fact that you have to use ccleaner instead of clearing the browser cache with airplane mode? And to use a AT&T proxy?

What happened with Tigeh, he got beamed for the exactly same reason. It took quite a few scam reports but he eventually got banned since he was selling outdated shit and public knowledge. Advertised for something that was literally no mentorship. Only some tips.

I talked with the french guy today that bought the "mentorship" from you too and I came up with the fact that the method is public and he agreed. He said he saw it before on cracked.
