There is already a case going on against him, but it's getting nowhere and him annoying my girlfriend isn't particularly illegal. I know I can beat his ass up but I have a lot to lose. I have a really nice job as a developer and almost have a bachelors degree.

I was thinking that there had to be a tool or service where he gets spammed some messages by a lot of numbers, since temporary SMS numbers are pretty common. I dont want to do anything illegal or not go too far unless he himself goes too far
