No time was lost due to me, VRX has admitted in dms that all the dev working on my project had to do was rebrand his older tool.

That being said, I refuse to pay $200 to a dev for him to just rebrand a tool, its absurd.

Even he when already coded one means not he has no work to do, but u understand things like u want. So if everything was ready as you said why was he implementing capmonster?

No, I didn't change my mind after you opened this scam report, I changed my mind when I realized I could be getting this sort of tool for way cheaper and that I was getting ripped off since your dev was just going to rebrand it.
 

So if everything was ready as you said why was he implementing capmonster?

Not everything was ready, but the majority was. This is what your dev told me in the ticket as you can see in my last reply.



He asked me for my api key to integrate the api into the program, and swap it with the old captcha provider. I didnt even provide him with my api key so idk what ur talking about.

Before I start u were clearly told and agreed to a price and further developement. There is enough proof on the chat transcript I've added to the scam report.

I've talked with the developer this morning before he gone to work, he told me that the tool he worked on which is not even matching your project is outdated. Coding from scratch means not a ready product. If the tool would've been ready you would've received it at the same day where only the bin was changed. This was not the case. I can get into more details when the coder who is responsible for the project is online and available to talk.

The argument you are making really lacking of logic, as example if a web developer receives a project for a website. Why should he recode a Login process he made multiple times? Why should he recode a payment gateway he made already? This is how coding works u code from scratch, that's not called rebranded.  

U tried making up arguments to look right in the position u are multiple times in the talk we've had on discord. Since u couldn't find any argument and realized that you've been in the wrong, u are making urself a clown to get out of this situation. Making a attempted scam report against is really ridiculous. it's not been the first time that u wrongly claim people as "scammers", as example calling jocker a scammer because you couldn't verify your own purchase. I've been leading projects and been in this forums for 3 years now, im not a person who you can just wrongly accuse and get away with it.

Especially the last one, I mean there is a obv diffrence between a ready code/working from scratch and a copied code.

Also @TimHortons remember im not getting paid for this, im just defeding my developer. Im not hungry for $200.

I mean there is nothing talk about is there? It's really clear for a well developed mind that we are in the right. We can show the progress of the developement when my developer is back from work.

Been a developer for 3 years now, I see where both parties come from but I wanted to say that the backend is worth way more than the front end, an application whether it is a web app or a application software is completely valueless if the backend is not good, anyone with little to no knowledge of programming can make the front end of an app pretty quickly. Mr Tim was clearly never explained about the issue and has been mislead. Having the same backend not only is unprofessional and lazy but it exposes @TimHortons to a lot of risk regarding his business. For example if there is an exploit found on one of @TimHortons competitors, that same exploit can be utilized in his software. Software will share the same bugs , the same exploits etc.. As one full stack developer to another id like to say that working for different competitors in a field is not only unprofessional but it is rather harming to the buyer. I do not know who in the right mind would choose to sell the same software as their competitors but you do you. Furthermore working with this development team opens him up to having his software cloned and resold to other buyers, I do not see how someone could consent to that and pay $200 for it.

Its pretty sad that you attack my credibility as a developer @VRX and do not face me with proper arguments , I'm the lead developer for  a cto forum competitor  and rn am also working on a crypto casino system "aka volante" .

How can this be exploitable when this will be private use, even when it will be public how can this project be exploitable?

User @TimHortons wanted to sell the software , upon exploits being found customers could utilize that as a way of getting free acconts, furthermore the vast majority of bugs and exploits that are abused by users are not reported in case of the user benefitting from the exploit.
