We currently have approximately 300 people/bots banned on our Discord server, and this number is increasing every day. I'm sorry, but we really don't make screenshot of every single person/bot we ban and I honestly don't see a single reason to do so.
It's important to remember that our customers are purchasing our programs/tools, they are not purchasing access to our Discord server! We have terms here that everyone should abide by and if they don't, they get banned. We do not support any illegal conversations or anything like that on our server, it's for security reasons. Sadly I caught 5 Discord server bans by the previous 2 years period. It happened because some people were discussing illegal things in our chat zone. We didn't remove the chat zone but we increased the moderation level to max. Chat is used only for discussing everything including twitch and programs we made.
Anyway, if anyone get banned that doesn't mean they lose access to tools they purchased or any support from our side. If anyone needs to get support, they should contact anyone from our team on Discord / Telegram / Sellix.
As I said, Discord server IS NOT PART OF ANY PURCHASE, so this "scam report" is opened for absolutely nothing. We stand by the ban and this person will definitely not get unbanned. The customer himself wrote that he has access to the things he bought, so I would appreciate it if you would close this dispute.
