Same got the email of the order after 1 month, and i'm now seeing it one month too late

so you never heard back from them ? just a auto email ?

i got my order on the 29th of september, haven't accessed it, but its there, the email was from a different name so i didn't notice it was from kimive, and then the kimive review of the order came in on the same day, couldn't realize it was them almost 2 months later
