I appreciate the thoughtful response for once. I think it’s funny you mention being treated dishonestly and disrespectfully as you have been the only one to start with threats or insults from the beginning, oddly.
No matter what, you have still not proven anything in regards to the fact that the booking was too far past in your process that you could not cancel it during my initial request. Of course you have not specified what time zone you’re referring to, but the TOS you’re referring to now should allow you to have refunded me as I requested the cancel long before 6:30 the day of the check in?

Whatever call you’re referring to is still inaccurate and would expect the admin to believe that the person on the call is not only 1. An actual employee of the correct hotel you’re referring to and 2. Referring to ME as the person who called and requested a cancel and reported fraudulent activity, of which I did neither.
Again I’ll state that I only ever called to confirm if there was an active booking in my name, as you would still not provide me with a confirmation aside from your manually typed out telegram message.
The only reason you can try to claim that my original cancel request was not a total “no go” was because your vague response to me was just that it was too late. Without of course, any evidence to support that claim, or clarification. Which is the main issue YOU STILL HAVE NOT ADDRESSED. The only thing you have done is repeat your “once the process has started it can’t be stopped” mantra without any clarification on when that period begins, or when it ends each time.
The claim that I told you the booking was cancelled AFTER you sent me confirmation is inaccurate and clear by the time stamps in the conversation. I called the hotel and informed you after the call, over 4 hours prior to your copy and paste confirmation. It was clear to me that you had no intention of providing me with a refund so I took it upon myself to collect proof that the process could have been cancelled still, on my own. You didn’t reply for 4 hours after reading my messages for some reason? To which I’m sure you used to try and resubmit and continue working on the booking I couldn’t accept and so that you could send a “confirmation” 4 hours later. Which I again called and the front desk again confirmed that the booking was STILL cancelled.
I’d also like to respond as well to the claim that I’ve used multiple fake accounts to message members of your group. The only thing I ever did was try and inform other users of our situation to help prevent scams from occurring. I only messaged 10-20 members of your group chat with a message which linked the two open scam reports I created as you were unwilling to find a solution with me. I also only ever did this from ONE account. Anything that other members said or did after that is not my responsibility, however at least one did tell me that they mentioned the scam report in your group chat, to which you replied by banning them entirely. Odd. Unlike you as well, I can provide support for that claim. Including the alternate account you messaged me on where you claimed I was a “goat fucker”. Lol, I wouldn’t have resorted to the sad and desperate personal attacks you have at any point.
