Vaping can be bad for your health as well, it might be a good idea to go see a doctor to see if they can prescribe you anything to help reduce your addiction to nicotine.

Vaping helped me off real smoking. Haven't touched a real cigarette for 8 years now. Also vaping very low % nicotine liquid (built it down over the years).
