@Rainbow You can either unban him and give him a warning about hitting a dstat and if he does it again then he has breached your TOS or you would refund the time he had used. Do so within 24 hours.

@ArtemFromNights You agreed to their TOS when you bought the stresser. You failed to understand them because you had broke their TOS. I will not force them to refund you. So, I will consider this as solved, closed.
