Not related but new accounts get beamed pretty quickly so never put more than 100 or even 50 in them in one day/deal @Igotscammed420. About unlimiting it I'm sure he can help you with docs and all but PayPal have final decision and he can't make them do it. Also I might be able to help you if you can give me details, we can talk on Discord. I got 2 PayPal unlimited (one being which was from @FeeTaRDansLBinks) myself and a little help of his.
