With someone that seems to be so confident with the ToS of Cracked.io (constantly stating that a product's Terms of Service can be ignored in a deal dispute), I find it humourous that whenever a scam report opens up against you, you always seem to drop your ToS in as a means to back out of paying.
During your time on cracked.io, unfortunately deal disputes have been opened up on you on numerous occasions, each time only refunding / replacing the minimum amount (let's not forget how long it takes you to achieve this as well)! Your whole idea of bringing up the idea of disregarding one's ToS is honestly shocking, because quite frankly, you've used your product ToS to escape many a deal disputes.
Is your memory too poor to remember some of these? Well, here's one where you manage to avoid providing your service for weeks. Here's another where you use your product's ToS that you can "take up to 48-72 hours to" deliver boosts - if that isn't hypocrisy, I honestly don't know what is. Oh, if two isn't enough, here's another where you pull the "48-72 hours" card. And these are just the lucky few that managed to collect proof of your nefarious transaction history.
Quite frankly, your service is just a joke. You "pride" yourselves on being the largest boosting service ( we won't even bother to talk about your false advertising in this thread :D ) and can barely afford $150 for a tool? Or perhaps you knew that you could scam / lie / deceive (honestly so many words to choose here) your way out of paying. So, please stop bringing up the whole idea of a ToS in this deal dispute and pay for what you bought & agreed on (a lifetime license).
I think I finally understand the name "CheapBoosts" now - the name isn't describing the pricing of your products, but the owners running it and how cheap they are! Haha Poorons!
I don't know you, but from the way you talk, it sounds like you're upset about the success of our business (we've found a lot of people like you over the run of cheapboosts, nothing new).
It's not that we can't afford a $150 USD tool, we could pay a lot more than that, but we're not stupid and we won't pay for a worthless tool. We'd rather pay $75 a month for a 100% working tool than $150 lifetime for something that doesn't even work.
At the time of buying the tool, we weren't even on "The Suppliers" discord server meaning we don't even have agreed to the terms of the service, lol. So kindly, stfu.
Yes, we use our Terms of Service in many Scam Reports, you are right. But there is a big difference. We deliver the products with a maximum of 72 hours (many times not even 24 hours), and if we pass 72hrs without delivering our service we are 100% open to provide a refund. (Even though our ToS says "all sales are final".)
Lunacy's ToS just doesn't make sense. They forced us to pay for a tool that literally worked for 3 days and stopped working for +45 days. (It should be mentioned that Lunacy has a working version since day 1. However, he does not provide it to its customers.)
I simply don't want this tool anymore and I want a refund of $142,50 USD.
@Liars

since you want liars to review this as well, then let's forget about the previous deal done by other people for me to provide you a working version within 7 days
after all, I can't wait for this DD to be over and also send you the redeemer within a couple days
You need to choose one or the other, not both
either have liars look into this DD completely (the "send a working redeemer within 7 days" will be ignored and you will not be given it within the timeframe) or I will send you the redeemer within the 7 days and liars will look into the VCC deal
Now you want to refuse the deal that you already accepted and according to you, you were going to give us an updated tool after 7 days of waiting?
Hell nah, just give us our refund man.
I'm not refusing it I'm saying you can't have it both ways
what do I give you the redeemer AND have liars look into this case (which you think you should be refunded in)
it's like me opening a scam report on you for not receiving boosts, you sending it to me and then me still wanting the scam report to be open so I have a chance of still getting refunded, it just makes zero sense for you to get the thing you want but also want a refund on it
it's why I said, you can choose one, not both
so what will it be @Pitcher
do you want the redeemer within 7 days and just have liars look into the VCC deal
or
would you like liars to look into the WHOLE case and you don't get the redeemer until @Liars has came up with a new deal / opinion
You're the one that wanted Liars involved on this case even when it was already solved with Cry from O** Forum, not me.

I'm sorry, I couldn't quite understand the part about you not agreeing to a ToS. If you agree to a purchase, then that in turn means you're agreeing to a ToS whether you read it or not and it is your responsibility to read them. If you sign up to a site and don't bother reading a ToS / Privacy Policy and then suddenly your information appears online, who's fault is that. Yours. It's the exact same with a purchase; when you make one, that suggests you agree to the terms of the tool, so "kindly stfu".
And so what if you deliver the boosts within 72h? You market your boosts as instant and so anything other than that is literally just false marketing and thus comes under scamming (as you're promising something that it isn't). By purchasing a lifetime redeemer, you should be aware of the fact that Discord likes to up security measures and patch tools, after all you were encountering many issues with delivering mass DMs back in 2022.
Also (excuse the use of profanity here), what the fuck do you mean you were "forced to pay" LOL. You literally agreed to the purchase - if this isn't the case, please send proof of you arranging a daily cost of the redeemer with lunacy and then lunacy suddenly springing the lifetime fee on you. Nobody forced anyone to pay here, you were completely content with the deal when you arranged it, so no, you won't get a refund for a tool you bought LOL. If say cracked.io was to go down now for a few days, would you be asking for a refund for your rank? If not, then do be quiet.

> It's not 'false marketing' we do provide real instant-delivery, it's called running out of stock and causing our instant-delivery to not be possible sometimes. I am aware of Discord does security updates so frequently, but you can't explain how Lunacy has his redeemer 100% working since the first day but he can't provide to me with an update, doesn't makes sense to me.
