This method is basically a TCP method that has same functions to change ip to decimal but also has tcp opts like mss, tsval and shit.

useage:
gcc -pthread -o tcp-pox tcp-pox.c
chmod +x tcp-pox
./tcp-pox targetIP port threads pps(-1 possible) time
Go and give it a try
