From the very beginning I asked him to be precised in what he was wanting me to do. I asked him for color preferences, style, examples, fonts, and the only thing he did was complaining about what I was doing without giving any reasons more than "it doesn't convince me". Don't expect me or any designer on the world to guess what's on your mind, just by following few examples you called "HQ Designs". I did several designs to him regarding the examples and video techniques he sent me, and even with those ones he couldn't say any reason why they were not enough, he just limited to came here and make the report. This guy is such a waste timer, and expect me to refund for an entire 4 days jobs. I want to know his explanations and reasons, because he didn't even try to improve anything, he limited himself to came into forums and make the report, looks sketchy and kinda show his intentions...

And I didn't passed ETA, I did the corresponded designs on time, but he went refusing them all without the only reason of "it doesn't convince me", and then not trying to improve it or just claiming that he could do that with Canvas.

i don't see the point of paying $35 for something i can do myself in 15 minutes. you delivered me 3 versions that were not quite ready. did i order from an inder on fiverr or from a "designer" on c.to? the quality you delivered is not that of your portfolio. i am very disappointed that you delivered me something you copied 1:1 from a youtube tutorial

That's the main problem... I had to deliver 3 versions because you were not clear at all on your idea, and you did NOTHING to improve the version I was working on and just jumped to another total different concept. You did that 3 times. You literally told me to follow that youtube video tutorial, and then just went saying it was not enough. All my portfolio work comes through working with professional customers too who knows what they want, and I can clearly work in ONE concept.
