Additional Information: I was looking for an account for a specific site and the user answered me and we deal through PMs and telegram. I've sent him 5.50$ in BTC at first and the user said that I should have sent it to him through when he was online the address was not valid so I sent him the money again through telegram so I sent out 5$ in BTC again. He told me that he will get the account as the transaction confirms but when I told him it was confirmed, he didn't view the messages and he was online so I waited an hour and he was online on the forums so It's gone skeptical.
