I have ~300 disney upgrade accounts with them.
Unfortunately, almost every day there is a problem with an expiring account.
Today I have ~30 accounts expired (a lot).
The last time I waited for a replacement ~24 hours.
The owner did not reply to my telegram for 2 days.
The support there is weak. You may wait up to several days for a reply.
