This method will not work on all sites, but i'm pretty sure i can do well on some sites.
You can bypass rotating face without even using Deep Fake programs.
Step 1.
https://www.unrealengine.com/en-US/metahuman
Step 2.
Create an account (takes 10 min) put random fake informations.
Step 3.
Confirm it, and wait 2 min so you receive your free trial.
Once done, you should be ready to get into the experience and make a clone of your ID.
You can litteraly custom anything.
