Step 1: Go to https://www.chipotle.com/contact-us
Step 2: Click the "Tell us about it" -> "In restaurant order issue or experience" -> "Food quality" (no other one will work, trust me I've tried it)
Step 3: Fill out the information on ANY chipotle in the United States. It doesn't have to be from your state, ensure you go to Google Maps and copy a location from the city and the state of whatever Chipotle you want to complain about
Step 4: Tell them that you got 2 bowls with white rice and both bowls had rice that was as cold as ice and that you couldn't eat it due to that. Don't do meat products as they will a lot of the time skim over giving you anything and consider it a health code related matter.
Step 5. You will need to go to a transaction in your bank statements where you previously purchased Chipotle and inspect element to change the date and time to match the items you put into your request.
Step 5: Put your contact info (you should use a temp mail and free phone numbers from text now or other applications to do this over and over again.

Step 6: They will either email you or call you to get more information and confirm and after this they will give you 1-2 free meals for your troubles.
Boom should be free, and they will also ask what you ordered and the location.
Just look up a location in any state and add that address, ensure it's the same city as well.
And then for what you ordered and the total put $24.36 (change the last 2 numbers to anything) for the dollar amount and 2 bowls with white rice, 1 with queso, one with guac, and both bowls were veggie
