It is possible just test it.
I already trolled some people i told them to come into my lobby and then just gave them their ip. I asked them and its their ip. I also tested this with friends.

I already trolled some people i told them to come into my lobby and then just gave them their ip. I asked them and its their ip. I also tested this with friends.
well thats different if you host it tho they can also see your ip connecting into ur p2p server on the other hand MM CS:GO servers are hosted on their end and not peer to peer they're valve dedicated servers so whatever ip your seeing is a valve server

The targets don't need to join my server or anything just my party. The open connection is by using voicechat. They never fixed that so it's still working... Just try it yourself.
