2- Send a friend request to this bot https://steamcommunity.com/id/HeavensLevelService
3- Massage the bot with the level you want to get let's say 10 you type the command !level 10 the bot will tell you how much gems you need for that and also it accepts CS:GO keys and other things as well it will give you sets of cards that you can craft badge with
