Hi, the chances of getting kicked are 100% random, anyone who says otherwise or guarantees 0% kickrate is lying, it's impossible.
In the end we just use tokens to access spotify family premium plans that are redeemed when you upgrade your key, it all depends on the user who manages the plan:
you can join a plan that is run by a smart user who actively controls the profile and get kicked out after an hour
or you can join a plan of a dumb user who never checks his profile and stay with the same plan for years.

What we have implemented to get around this problem is the following:
- If you should get kicked and also receive the 12-month error from Spotify, our system automatically creates a new account during the renew process with the credentials from yourself, and it will import all your playlists, liked songs, and even followings into the new account, so even if this happens, I doubt it will be a big problem, as this all happens within 5 minutes and you can do it from anywhere :)
