Poor customer service - Labels are not instant as indicated by the thread, was trying to hit a shipping cutoff to get some stuff to a client this week. Support offered to cancel/refund, I said yes, then proceeded to wait till the labels generated to tell me they could not. Maybe the labels are good but take your business to a place that is not dishonest.
