 I have used this service in the past and the virtual machine was really bad, constant disconnections and machine never reachable. I was promised a refund that never came and so I opened a dispute with paypal.
A keylogger was installed on the machine and they used my credentials to get my account banned on c.to.
This two years ago. I sincerely hope the service has improved.
