NZXT have a really bitchy policy, you have to email them to make a claim.
Firstly we need an invoice, we can just fake a local invoice, that’s not hard just find a local store near you and fake an invoice in there name. ANY big store could fail your order.
1) Email -
[email protected] you are going to want to say something on the lines of:
- Hi, my PC is not turning on at all I just have a blank screen.
- Good morning I am contacting because my computer keeps rebooting.
- Windows is giving me an error with my hard drive then shutting down.
2) There is a technician assigned to your case who will then go over troubleshooting. Just go along with it.
3) Once they have established troubleshooting cannot fix it, they will ask you to fill out this form for your address, invoice etc.
4) If you are SEing an individual part they will offer to ship that out once they get your old part. If you are SEing an entire unit they need it back to “repair”. We are going to do an FTIDv3 on the label.
5) Once it has been delivered, just send them an email saying it has been delivered and send them the tracking number.
6) Wait a week or so and then ask for an update, they will be like; we have not had it back yet. Insist you sent it back and keep nagging them. If you need to ask for management. They will eventually replace it.
