I would like to leave a honest review of your services so that you can eventually improve them.

Support 6/10 - I have bought the account directly from the shop and I received an order ID which I should have wrote to one of your Accounts where you offer support. Upon giving you guys the required order ID, I wasted 2 days waiting for the account and I have received a refund.

Service 2/10 - 2 Points are actually for receiving a refund. The overall service is really bad, I am sorry but I have to be honest. You or the guys which are doing support for you did not really answer my messages, I did not receive the account that I have bought and I only got messages like " It will be sent tommorow" or " Will be done today" and that never happened.

Overall Satisfaction 0/10

So, in conclusion, I would like you to improve your services if you want to be successful with what you are selling here. The most important thing to do is to hire someone capable of answering in time and sending the accounts also in time. 

Waiting for a service that will never be provided is really bad for your reputation, keep that in mind.

It's only a honest advice from a guy which sold for years and never had something like this happen.
