For this method you will need to locate a random Krispy Kreme pop up store or an actual location. You will also need a Krispy Kreme account (this is how you will receive the 'points' to redeem a dozen box
The first thing you must do is contact Krispy Kreme Support (https://www.krispykreme.com/about/contact-us)
Next, you must write to them essentially complaining about your experience in the store, this can be quite ambigious as long as you mention that when you tried to address your concern with an employee and a manager, they said there was absolutely nothing you can do so you must contact someone else (essentially word it as if you were screwed over and they didn't want to help you), an example message is written below
"Good <morning/evening/afternoon>,
I hope this email finds you well, I recently visited <store> and I purchased a box of 12 donuts, unfortunately I had quite a bad experience visiting this store. Firstly, the staff member that served me didn't let me claim any form of reward points to help me fund my donuts when I came back. I tried to ask a manager and they said the same.
When I received my donuts, I'm unfortunate to say that they did not taste nice at all, they tested off actually and I had to run into the nearest restrooms and was very sick. I don't think the managers listened when I tried to explain this to them, they said that they couldn't refund me nor compensate me for the donuts or my terrible experience. Sadly I stupidly didn't ask for any names to help recall my experience to help file this complaint.
I'd really appreciate a form of compensation for this experience.
Thanks"
-- Once this email has been sent, you will receive a response, unfortunately it does take around 14 days+ for them to get back to you, but when they do it will be a genuine response and some of them take more care than the others. If they ask for more information, then just write more details about the experience. However, all of them will at the end ask you for the accounts emails for a compensation for a custom box of donuts to redeem.
TIP: The more you write in your email, the quicker they will respond (unfortunately my grammar is horrible as is my storytelling therefore mine isn't the best to copy, just use it as a guide to write your own. Or use chatgpt which is what I should have done
