With 200 eur u got a wise account it died, ok it MIGHT be my fault for the first acc because it was dead in less than 24 hours, thats why i replace you and you contact me 4 days later saying the account died, this issue has only happened with you on the last week and im not going to replace you for the rest of your life, i have no idea how you logged in, what IP you used or what you could have done with the account.

I waited 4 days before using 2nd account and it died the same way the first did. It was closed shortly after Top-up with credit card. I followed all your instructions (not using IBAN transfer, login on phone and dont Top-up large amounts) its unreasonable to sell this to people. At least take it off your list of products if its 100% ban rate after Top-up then you can't charge money for it.
I just put money in the account then it gets closed within a few hours both times
It makes no sense to take money for an unsafe (100% closing/ban rate) Bank account that cannot be used for any purpose (like buying, adding money or transferring) and gets closed/banned after Top-up even when I follow your instructions.
