With 200 eur u got a wise account it died, ok it MIGHT be my fault for the first acc because it was dead in less than 24 hours, thats why i replace you and you contact me 4 days later saying the account died, this issue has only happened with you on the last week and im not going to replace you for the rest of your life, i have no idea how you logged in, what IP you used or what you could have done with the account.

Regarding product: WISE EU

I waited 4 days before using 2nd account and it died the same way the first did. It was closed shortly after Top-up with credit card. I followed all your instructions (not using IBAN transfer, login on phone and dont Top-up large amounts) its unreasonable to sell this to people. At least take it off your list of products if its 100% ban rate after Top-up then you can't charge money for it. 
 I just put money in the account then it gets closed within a few hours both times
It makes no sense to take money for an unsafe (100% closing/ban rate) Bank account that cannot be used for any purpose (like buying, adding money or transferring) and gets closed/banned after Top-up even when I follow your instructions.

Be a fair person and send me my refund of 200€ for this faulty product to:

You are very new on this field, all accounts have a chance to die, u think i want them to die? If it was for me i never would, there is many things that can make an account die, first acc died within 24hrs and i felt guilty so i replaced, i cant keep replacing all the time because u dont know how to use.

The 2nd account "died" the same way the first account did, I added money to the account 4 days after you gave me login and shortly after the account was closed.
You say on your post you sell "High Quality: We aim for the highest quality and we have a lot of feedback for all your products."
How is it "High Quality" if the account is closed after adding money to it? I followed all your instructions and its gets closed? I add money with credit card and I don't add large amounts. I have shown you all the screenshots? 
You think I want to spam you and start over again?? It's not a safe account and you cant sell WISE EU for 200€ to people when it gets closed after money is added to it. We have tried it 2 times and the account gets closed the exact same way.

Would be so kind to refund my 200€ to:
