Worst refund service I’ve come by so far.

They do not care about customers, they don’t reply and you need to ping them 5 times / day in order to get a single response, waited 30 days, after harassing them they told me the store was hard these day so i have to send the items back.
I’m not the only one complaining about their shitty service, other customers were waiting for months in their Discord.
Low rates but bad service.

Terribly sorry for what happened sir! We of course don't want any of our customers to feel this way, lately after our Discord got banned and several things happened we haven't been able to provide the quality that we want to everyone which we are sorry for. Again I am very sorry!
