if your the one refunding then here's some common things you should take care of -
dont use real name and address 1. use fake name from fakenamegen or something 2. always use drop addy your product or some reship service would be fine too. if you be cautious there's no chance of getting caught like 0.001 only let me know if you have anything else to ask !  would be happy to help
